KPK to file BI deputy governor bribery case to court

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) said Wednesday it had finished the dossiers of four former legislators in a bribery case during the selection of Miranda Swaray Goeltom as Bank Indonesia (BI) senior deputy governor in 2004.

"We will send the case to court as soon as possible," KPK deputy chairman Mas Ahmad Santosa said as quoted by Kompas.com.

The dossiers accuse Dudhie Makmun Murod, Hamka Yandhu, Endin Soefihara, and Udju Djuhaeri for receiving bribes of millions of rupiah each to vote for Miranda as BI senior deputy governor.
