Anggodo Widjojo's lawyer Bonaran Situmorang said Wednesday
his client would not go to the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) on
Thursday although the latter has summoned him for the second time.
"Anggodo will not go to KPK," Bonaran said as
quoted by Kompas.com.
However, he added that Anggodo had not yet received the
second summon.
Bonaran argued that Anggodo case, which is related to the
framing of KPK deputy chairmen Bibit Samad Rianto and Chandra M. Hamzah, was
over.
He also called on KPK to stop its investigation into
Anggodo's brother, Anggoro Widjojo, a graft suspect in a Forestry Ministry
project.
