A heckler who called Vice President Boediono as a thief during a hearing at the House of Representatives inquiry committee on Bank Century debacle will be released after being questioned by police on Tuesday.
The heckler was identified as Ahmad La Ode Kamaluddin, a 30-year-old activist.
"We question him but we will not arrest him. We will release after the questioning is over," City Police spokesman Sr. Comr. Boy Rafli Amar said.
He said police had no strong evidence to detain La Ode.
