Denpasar upgrades healthcare services

DENPASAR: Denpasar Muncipality office has pledged to improve public healthcare services provided by community health centers.

Denpasar Health Agency's chairman Luh Putu Sri Amini explained six out of 11 health centers were already equipped with high-tech laboratory, blood examination tools and laser dental equipment.

"We have already procured similar equipment for the other five health centers but we still need to install them." Denpasar residents are entitled to free healthcare services under an insurance scheme. - JP
