PT DI makes components for France's Eurocopter

ANDUNG: PT Dirgantara Indonesia (DI) and Eurocopter unveiled the opening production of airframes for French-made helicopters EC 725 and EC 225 on Wednesday.
The unveiling was a realization of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed last year.
PT DI director Budi Santoso said that the cooperation agreement commissioned the Indonesian aircraft company to construct tailboom and fuselage for the two types of helicopters.
"Those components will be sent to EC in France for assembly," Budi said, adding that PT DI would make 125 airframe units.
