Alena speaks on street kids

"The serial murders allegedly carried out by Baikuni are evil. From what I know, sexual abuse of boys are frequent. Sometimes, it involves their own relatives. So I think all children and parents must be cautious.

"Until the children can speak up for themselves, they should not be handed over to others. Parents must spend time with their kids because some pedophiles turn out to be close relatives. So, be cautious.

"Once the kids can understand what's going on, they must be informed that some private parts in their body must not be exposed to other people. If anyone tries to touch the private parts, the kids must tell their parents immediately.

"The mutilation and sexual abuse allegedly by Baikuni are not an isolated case. It is tragic that the victims were also killed. "The problem of street kids is a complicated issue. It is diffi cult for the government to help them. Many street kids refuse the shelters offered by the government. They want to be in the street and to get money. Many of them make money for their parents.

"I imagine that the public order enforcers *Satpol PP* and the street kids are like cat and mouse. Satpol PP tries to arrest them but the street kids will always run away. How can the Satpol PP protect them?

"I think the street kids must get an education so that they will have alternative ways of making money. The government should campaign about the need to improve awareness of possible sexual abuse."
