Surabaya Police have arrested two suspects for allegedly running a teen prostitution service through social network site of Facebook.
Surabaya police chief Sr. Comr. Ike Edwin said the suspects posted around 25 pictures of girls between 15 and 16 years old on their Facebook account to attract potential customers.
"Those who wanted to order the girls could contact them or have a chat with their pimps," Ike told TV-One channel on Monday.
The teen prostitutes can cash in up to Rp 800,000 (US$85.6) from every transaction.
The suspects, according to Ike, said they had run the site for two months.
