George Junus Aditjondro's lawyer, Panca Nainggolan, said Monday he would visit the South Jakarta Police office to question the latter's decision to declare George a suspect in an assault case.
"We will ask the police about [George's status] at 12 p.m. today," he said as quoted by kompas.com.
He said George had yet to receive a summons from police, thus George would not go to the police to be questioned.
Ramadhan Pohan of the Democratic Party had reported George to the police, claiming that George had hit him with a book during a discussion on George's book, Unmasking Cikeas Octopus.
