Search workers have yet to find the bodies of three students, who reportedly drowned with four others in high waves off Parangtritis Beach on Sunday, as the search continues.
“We are continuing the search using three boats. Officially, the search should be stopped by tomorrow morning,” Taufik M Faqi, secretary of the search and rescue team, told kompas.com.
The students from Kuningan, West Java, were identified as Fregi Prasetyo, Agus Afroyan, and Endi.
The bodies of the four other students were recovered Monday.
The seven were among 120 students from an Islamic school in Kuningan who were at the beach as part of a field trip. Thirteen students survived the high waves.
