The government should not just ban, control, or limit the people's activities in cyber activities. They should also inform the people about how they can benefit from the technology or how they can reduce costs by using the Internet.

The flow of information in today's society has been increasingly manifest into staple requirement of our existence.

We are constantly bombarded with information media by electronic and traditional means at home and out.

There are always both side of the coin , good and bad.

It's upon us to filter the information we receive and to digest it intelligently.

The government reaction to curb this flow of information is doomed to fail. The technology simply overwrites the apprehension of the negative effects.

No matter how good the intention is, there will always be people who can dismantle the system.
