Cilacap regent gets nine years for corruption

Cilacap regent Probo Yulastoro was found guilty of corruption on Wednesday and sentenced to nine years in jail.
Presiding judge Solahudin said Probo had embezzled more than Rp 20 billion (US$2.15 million) in state funds.
The court also ordered Probo to pay back Rp 19.970 billion to the state and fined him Rp 200 million.
Probo's lawyer Bambang Sri Wahono said his team would think whether or not to accept the verdict.
