SDG specialists address workshop in Jakarta

At least 200 dentists attended a workshop and surgery demonstration organized by Nobel Biocare in Jakarta on Feb. 20.

The workshop featured guest speakers Dr. Neo Tee Khin and Dr. Ho Kok Sen from the Specialist Dental Group Singapore (SDG).

The specialists introduced the technique NobelGuide Teeth-In-An-Hour dental implant procedure in Indonesia.

Prosthodontist Dr. Neo Tee Khin said, "With the Nobelguide Teeth-In-An-Hour implants procedure, patients will have teeth that feel like teeth, look like teeth and function like teeth. These are the benefits our patients will have. Their quality of life also improves significantly."

Meanwhile, oral and maxillofacial surgeon Dr. Ho Kok Sen added, "The patient will not experience any swelling or pain. After the surgery, the patient can immediately eat, smile and talk."

SDG's visit to Jakarta was at the invitation of Nobel Biocare, with the event facilitated by the Indonesian Society of Implant Dentistry (ISID) in collaboration with Trisakti University's School of Dentistry. - JP
