Azzam Baabud, Dulmatin's brother, said Wednesday his family apologized for Dulmatin's wrongdoings.
"We apologized to those who have suffered from Dulmatin's behavior," he told TVOne.
Police declared that one of the suspected terrorists killed in a police raid in Pamulang, south of Jakarta, on Tuesday, was Dulmatin.
Dulmatin was deemed responsible for the 2002 Bali bombing.
