President SBY’s indecisiveness
March 4, p. 2
This
warning applies to most Indonesians, from conglomerates to second or
third wives: We will all bear the cost of the indecisiveness of our
President and the greediness of politicians that never hesitate to take
all possible measures to accumulate personal power and wealth. Whether
Vice President Boediono and Finance Minister Sri Mulyani Indrawati will
remain in their positions is uncertain, but what is sure is that this
nation will have to face a lame-duck government for a very long time,
perhaps until 2014. (By Kornelius Purba, Jakarta)
Your comments:
It is truly unbelievable how a general
can be that indecisive, even more after wining the elections with a
landslide victory. The miracle that can change SBY’s attitude has
already occurred: the expected betrayal of his “allies” from the PKS.
Now
SBY has the possibility to kick them finally out and ban all sharia
by-laws already destroying Pancasila and the unity of the archipelago.
SBY: stay firm against the fanatics!

SBY’s
indecisiveness is mind-boggling, for someone who came from a military
background, I could not fathom how our prestigious military academy
could instill an such attitude so deep that it barred all the
possibilities of him outshining our previous leaders.
With a
60-percent mandate in his hands, he should be brave enough to weather
the storm, and protect his staff that matter the most. And for those
legislators who use this Century issue only as stage of popularity
contest, shame on you.
