Vice President Boediono is scheduled to visit senior high school students in North Jakarta and an poor community in West Jakarta on Thursday.
A vice presidential staff member told kompas.com that Boediono would visit SMA 40 state senior high school and meet with student representatives.
He is to be accompanied with the directors of seven state bank, who will donate funds of between Rp 25 million (US$2,730) and Rp 40 million each.
Later in the day, the Vice President will visit a public health center in one of Jakarta's poorest areas in Tambora, where he is expected to make a donation to the community.
