ITB Students' Orchestra to stage anniversary concert

BANDUNG, West Java: The Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) Students' Orchestra (ISO) is scheduled to hold a concert titled "Cinema of Life Symphony: Listen to the Melody of Movies".

The concert, which will be held at the Sasana Budaya Ganesha Hall in Bandung on Saturday from 7:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. local time, is part of ISO's fi fth anniversary celebrations.

"ISO is a unique unit because it is present in an institute which has absolutely no connection to music," ISO executive manager Chinitra Charismatika said.

She said the orchestra had a wide repertoire, from conservative classical music, pop songs to traditional music from across the country. - JP
