Letter: PermataBank’s response

In response to a letter posted by Torsten Jungner, we would like to extend our sincere apologies for any inconveniences caused.
We do understand the difficulty of Torsten Jungner’s experienced in
using PermataNet. PermataBank has followed up these matters by
contacting Torsten Jungner to clarify the problems that occurred. As a
result of our conversation, we’ve completed the transactions problems
with Torsten’s PermataNet account.
With these explanations, an agreement has finally been reached between
Torsten Jungner and PermataBank, and we hope that these matters have
been resolved to his satisfaction.
