Sjahril Djohan, an alleged case broker in graft and money laundering cases, has just resigned from the State Intelligence Agency [BIN] this year, a lawyer says.
“He [Sjahril] is no longer a BIN operative. He just quit from the agency early this year, if I’m not mistaken,” Sjahril’s lawyer Hotma Sitompul said Wednesday as quoted by kompas.com.
Hotma said that his client had a great experience at the intelligence agency, which led him to work as a special aide to the National Police Chief.
Sjahril also once worked as an expert staff to then Attorney General Marzuki Darusman.
