The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) questioned Finance Minister Sri Mulyani Indrawati at her office for two-and-a-half hours Thursday over her role in the Bank Century bailout case.
The KPK asked about the "background of the recent global financial crisis and the issuance of the regulation-in-lieu-of-law" on the financial system safety net, said Mulyani.
Mulyani refused to comment further on the questioning process. She did not remember how many questions were raised by KPK investigators.
Asked whether she would be questioned again by the KPK, Mulyani only said: "We'll see."
The minister then left the Finance Ministry complex, reportedly to go to the State Palace.
The questioning process ran from about 10.30 a.m. to 1 a.m. conducted by at least three KPK investigators.
