The ill health of businessman Anggodo Widjojo has delayed his trial on the alleged bribery of to two leaders of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) and obstruction of a corruption investigation at the Corruption Court Tuesday in Jakarta.

“[He is suffering from] a migraine and a pinched nerve,” Anggodo's lawyer Bonaran Situmeang said as quoted by tempointeraktif.com at the court building.

Anggodo is accused of attempting to bribe KPK deputies Chandra M. Hamzah and Bibit Samad Rianto in the hope of stopping the commission's corruption investigation into his brother Anggoro Widjojo, who is believed to have fled to Singapore.

He was allegedly involved in an illegal procurement of radio and communications equipment at the Forestry Ministry in 2007.
