Police arrest child sexual abuser in Denpasar

South Denpasar Police have arrested a 39-year-old man for sexually abusing a seven-year-old girl.
The man, identified as EW, was arrested on Tuesday evening following a report from his neighbors who alleged him of committing a sexual abuse against a girl.
South Denpasar Police Chief Adj. Comr. I Gede Ganefo said the suspect had admitted to have committed eight sexual abuses against children.
He now faces 15 years in jail for his misconduct.
However, Ganefo said he was unsure yet whether or not the arrested suspect was related to the recent five undisclosed rape cases against children in Denpasar recently.
Police have arrested two suspects for allegedly raping two girls.
