Traffic warning over planned rallies in Jakarta Tuesday

The Jakarta Traffic Police have issued warnings of possible areas in a number areas in Central and South Jakarta as 15 groups of people are planning to rally Tuesday.

The police have listed the rally sites as follows:

• The Commercial Court building on Jl. Gajah Mada,  the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) office, the Forestry Ministry office and the Human Resoursce Ministry office on Jl. Gatot Subroto, Central Jakarta (starting 9 a.m.)

• Taiwan Economic and Trade Office on Jl. Jenderal Sudirman, South Jakarta (9 a.m.)

• The House of Representatives building on Jl. Gatot Subroto and the National Education Ministry office on Jl. Jenderal Sudirman (10 a.m.)

• The Judicial Mafia Task Force on Jl. Veteran and the Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Ministry office on Jl. Medan Merdeka Timur, in Central Jakarta (11 a.m.)

• The Corruption Eradication Commission on Jl. HR Rasuna Said and the National Police Headquarters on Jl. Trunojoyo, in South Jakarta (11 a.m)

• The State Owned Enterprises Ministry office on Jl. Medan Merdeka Selatan, Central Jakarta, and the City Police headquarters and the HSBC office in Jl. Jenderal Sudirman. (1 p.m.)

• The State Palace in Jl. Medan Merdeka Utara, Central Jakarta (3 p.m.)
