An magnitude-5.1 earthquake hit East Nusa Tenggara province on Monday evening.
The epicenter of the quake, which struck at 4:51 p.m. (Western Indonesian time) was 101 kilometers northwest of Labuhanbajo town on the western tip of Flores island at a depth of 10 kilometers, the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) said on its official website.
The quake did not have a potential to trigger a tsunami, it said as reported by Antara news agency
