Tabriz Petrochemical Team of Iran retained Tour de Singkarak this year in Padang, West Sumatra, on Sunday, after leading the 551.7 kilometers cycling race.
Iranian Ghader Mizbani nailed the yellow jersey, clocking in 13 hours, five minutes and 24 seconds in the last 140-km stage. The second cyclist of the team Hossein Askari came a minute later, followed by counterpart Amir Zargari.
Indonesian Tonton Susanto of Azad University Team won in domestic classification with 13:12:1, followed by Usman Ali of United Bike Kencana Malang and Agung Ali Sahbana of Customs Cycling Team Jakarta.
Sacha Damrow of CCN Colossi of the Netherlands grabbed green jersey with 12 points in the race, while Usman topped the climb category title.
Tabriz has won several cycling races in Indonesia, including last year’s Tour de Singkarak.
