The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), the Attorney General's Office (AGO) and the National Police met in Jakarta on Tuesday to discuss the ongoing joint investigation into alleged graft in the bailout of Bank Century in 2008.
The meeting was held at the National Police Criminal Investigation Department building, news portal kompas.com reported
Last month, KPK investigators met with National Police detectives to discuss the investigation.
The KPK and the police were tasked by the House of Representatives to investigate allegations of criminal activity in the Bank Century scandal, in which Rp 6.7 trillion (US$716 million) was disbursed to save the ailing bank.
The antigraft body has been focusing its investigations into alleged corruption in the bailout, and the police are investigating alleged banking crimes.
At least 90 witnesses in the case have been questioned by the KPK, including Vice President Boediono and former finance minister Sri Mulyani.
