Fire guts 21 houses in West Jakarta

JAKARTA: Fire razed 21 houses in Tambora in West Jakarta on Friday, leaving 255 residents homeless and 30 people injured.

Neighboring unit head Azrul Batubara told news portal tempointeraktif.com that the fire started at around 00.30 a.m. from one of resident's houses.

However, he did not say what caused the accident.
