Police continue to investigate parties on sex tapes after Ariel arrest

The National Police have been treating sex tapes, allegedly involving celebrities, seriously by continuing their investigation of parties related to suspect and detained Nazriel “Ariel” Irham, former Peterpan band vocalist.

Ariel has been detained since Tuesday last week at the National Police’s general crimes detention unit in Jakarta.

On Thursday, the police summoned Ariel’s former wife, Sarah Amalia.

“There were several questions, the probe was quite fast. It was only about the video, that’s all,” Sarah said while walking out of the police’s general crimes unit, as quoted by kompas.com.

The police have reportedly seized two sets of personal computers from the band’s studio, saying that there were more "obscene" videos in them.

Meanwhile, rumor has it that a woman resembling singer Bunga Citra Lestari is among figures in the sex videos with Ariel.
