The government will strengthen the national innovation system to enhance its contribution to the development of the nation.
"We hope that our research findings will benefit users; both industries and the government," Research and Technology Minister Suharna Surapranata told reporters Wednesday after opening a series of events to commemorate the National Technology Resurgence Day, which falls on Aug. 10.
He added that the government would issue policies and incentives to support this year's seven national innovation agendas, including green technology, agricultural technology, and security technology. (lnd)
