Your comments on the case of anticorruption activist Tama S. Langkun, who was attacked by unknown assailants while investigating allegations of implausibly large bank accounts held by police generals.
Piggy-bank herders are fighting back with fire bombs and crowbars!
Not by themselves - they are too cowardly and their meticulously ironed and medal-studded uniforms may get soiled - but through "third parties" financed from the contents of fat piggy banks.

If (the police) really know who these people are, isn't it a little stupid to announce it and give them time to disappear before they are arrested?

I think the assailants are not "unknown" but are instead "well known" to the police

It is very good way for President to give personal attention especially for the victim of violence.
In my opinion, Yudhoyono is good father for Indonesian people. Keep giving your best support to us, Mr. President.

As usual, when it has anything to do with his beloved police, the President is pussy-footing around. It is about time he admitted what he already knows and that is that the Indonesian police are a criminal organization.
They are a bunch of corrupt crooks, it is as simple as that, and every citizen of this country knows it.
The only exception to this is the controlling elite, of whom SBY is one, who condones the action of the police because it benefits them.

Pak SBY, it's wise to investigate senior police officers' implausibly large bank accounts.
