Another mild quake shakes North Sulawesi

An aftershock measuring 5 on the Richter scale jolted Melonguane, North Sulawesi, on Sunday morning. No damage or injuries were reported.

The Geophysics, Climatology, and Meteorology (BMKG) said the quake hit the city at 6:42 a.m. Jakarta time. It was centered 143 kilometers northeast of Melonguane at a depth of 10 kilometers, the agency added.

The agency issued a no tsunami warning following to the tremor.

On last Friday, the area was also hit by mild quake.
