Suspect Ari Muladi disappointed over status

Graft suspect Ari Muladi has expressed his disappointment following his current legal status over the graft case involving the Forestry Ministry's Integrated Radio Communication System (SKRT) procurement.

“We are among people who filed a report against [graft suspect] Anggodo Widjojo to the Corruption Eradication Commission for hampering the commission’s investigation on the graft case,” Ari’s lawyer, Sugeng Teguh Santoso, told tempointeraktif.com over the weekend.

The antigraft body named Ari suspect last Friday over his and Anggodo’s possible roles on impeding its efforts to investigate the case.

In November last year, a group of lawyers reported businessmen Anggoro Widjojo, Anggodo Widjojo, Putranefo Prayugo and David Angkawijaya to the antigraft commission for the alleged conspiracy to halt the graft case investigation.
