Mercedes-Benz showcases premium cars

Displaying its strong presence as the leader in the premium car segment, PT Mercedes-Benz Indonesia is taking part in the 18th Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) 2010 to exhibit five of its best premium cars.
Occupying a 480-square-meter space at the exhibition, Mercedes-Benz is exhibiting its best products, which all combine superior technology with fuel efficiency and low emission and deliver maximum performance. They include C-Class Race Prototype, E 250 CGI Cabriolet, V 350, GL 350 CDI and the legendary sports car, the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG.
The presence of the latest Mercedes-Benz Gullwing model marks the debut of SLS AMG for the Indonesian public.

The Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG is a phenomenal masterpiece of a car. Besides being awarded "The Most Attractive Car Worldwide", its AMG 6.3-liter V8 engine (6.208 cc) has been chosen as the winner of the International Engine of the Year Award 2010.
The AMG 6.3-liter V8 engine faced competition from Germany, Italy, England, USA and Japan before winning the award. A total of 65 jury members from 32 countries chose the M 159 engine over all the others because of its efficiency, power and lighter weight. The AMG 6.3-liter V8 engine is 3 kilograms lighter than the previous model. - JP
