The police will hand dossiers of actresses Luna Maya and Cut Tari, both implicated in a video sex scandal case, to the Attorney General's Office (AGO) this week, a spokesman said.

"We have almost completed their dossiers and will hand them to the AGO later this week," National Police detective chief Comr. Gen. Ito Sumardi said in Jakarta Wednesday, as quoted by Antara news agency.

The National Police have so far named 13 suspects in the porn-video case and arrest three people, including one man that first uploaded the videos to the Internet.

Sumardi said the number of suspects might increase, as the police are currently investigating possible involvement of three students of the Bandung-based University of Padjajaran.

Luna and Cut Tari allegedly featured in sex scenes with popular Peterpan pop rock band vocalist Nasril “Ariel” Irham.

The three of them are charged under the 2008 Pornography Law, which carries a maximum punishment of 12 years in prison.
