Jakarta hosts 17 rallies Thursday: Police

Jakarta Police have warned of possible traffic congestion on Thursday as groups of people will hold at least 17 rallies in the city.
The police have listed the rally sites as follows:
- The State Palace on Jl. Medan Merdeka Utara, the Hotel Indonesia traffic circle on Jl. MH Thamrin, and the Judicial Mafia Taskforce office on Jl. Veteran, all in Central Jakarta. (starting 9 a.m.)
- The South Tangerang Regional Elections Commission office, the National Education Ministry branch office in Rawamangun, East Jakarta, the Human Resource branch office on Jl. Trunojoyo in South Jakarta, the Ministry for State Enterprises office on Jl. Medan Merdeka Selatan, Central Jakarta, the House of Representatives building on Jl. Gatot Subroto, the Japanese Embassy on Jl. MH Thamrin, the Human Resource and Transmigration Ministry office on Jl. Gatot Subroto, the Attorney General's Office on Jl. Hasanudin, South Jakarta and the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI) office on Jl. Teuku Umar, Central Jakarta. (10 a.m.)
- The Chinese Embassy in Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta. (10:45 a.m.)
- The National Education Ministry office on Jl. Gatot Subroto (11 a.m.)
- The United Development Party central office on Jl. Diponegoro, Central Jakarta. (noon)
- The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) office on Jl. HR Rasuna Said, South Jakarta, the State Palace on Jl. Medan Merdeka Utara, Central Jakarta, the National Police Headquarters on Jl. Trunojoyo. (12:30 p.m.)
- The Coordinating Ministry for People's Welfare office on Jl. Medan Merdeka Barat, Central Jakarta. (1 p.m)
