The House of Representatives plenary session on Thursday was once again filled with more empty seats than those that have legislators sitting on it.
Thursday's meeting was attended by 295 out of 560 legislators as of the time of writing. This attendance was far lower than the previous session on July 26, which was attended by 407 legislators.
Thursday's session was led by one of the House deputy speakers, Priyo Budi Santoso from the Golkar Party.
The House has been under heavy criticism in recent weeks for low attendance rate of its legislators.
Roy Suryo from the Democratic Party said during the session that legislators should have learned to improve their behavior following the public's criticism.
