Cloudy weather and rain in Jakarta on Thursday

Thursday is likely to be mostly cloudy in Greater Jakarta, with chances of showers in a number of areas during the afternoon and evening, the national weather agency predicted.

The morning is forecast to be cloudy throughout the city, and showers are anticipated in the Thousand Islands regency.

Light afternoon rain is expected in South and East Jakarta, Bekasi and Depok, with a heavier pour in Bogor, leaving the rest of the city overcast.

The clouds will linger into the evening, and more rain is likely in North Jakarta, the Thousand Islands and Bogor.
