Men are seen working to renovate the statue of Balinese independence fighter I Gusti Ngurah Rai on a Ngurah Rai Bypass in Bali, Thursday. The renovation was part of road widening projects in Ngurah Rai Statue and Dewa Ruci junctions, two spots infamous for traffic congestion, which cost Rp 2.2 trillion (US$246.4 million).
