South Jakarta was free from traffic jam on Wednesday, the first day of Ramadan fasting month.
As of 8.30 a.m., kompas.com reported that not many motorists were seen on Jl T.B. Simatupang, Ragunan intersection, Cilandak intersection, and Jl. Ampera Raya, which usually suffered from severe traffic congestion.
The same condition occurred in Kemang and Senayan.
