Dead woman found in bag in Tanah Abang

JAKARTA: A woman’s decomposing body was discovered by a trash picker inside a white bag on Jl. Pintu Air Karet, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta, on Friday morning.
Police said the woman appeared to be in her 20s.
“We find it difficult to identify her since we found no ID with the body,” Tanah Abang police detective chief Second Insp. Asali said as quoted by detik.com.
The body was sent to Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital for an autopsy. — JP
