Indonesian shuttler Taufik Hidayat secured a final spot at the 2010 World Championship, Paris on Saturday, after beating South Korean Park Sung Hwan 21-10, 22-20.
Taufik is now one step away from repeating his success to win the World Championship five years ago. He will take on Chinese player Chen Jin who outweighed Peter Hoeg Gade of Denmar 19-21, 21-8, 21-11.
However, Indonesian pair Markis Kido and Hendra Setiawan lost in the semifinal from Chinese duo Cai Yun/Fu Haifeng 16-21, 13-21
