Indonesian Foreign Minister Marty Natalegawa is scheduled to meet his Malaysian counterpart Datuk Seri Anifah Aman in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia on Monday to discuss the latest border dispute.
Delegates from the two countries will hold discussions after the foreign ministers’ meeting, temopointeraktif.com reported Monday.
The meeting will discuss several issues including the Aug. 13 arrest of Indonesian maritime officers by the Malaysian Police shortly after Malaysian fishermen had been arrested for allegedly fishing in Indonesian waters.
Marty and Anifah will hold a joint press conference at 3 p.m.
In the evening, Anifah will host a dinner for Marty and his entourage.
