Prosecutors will issue a second summons to ex-Playboy magazine editor Erwin Arnada Monday after he failed to surrender to the first summons.
South Jakarta Prosecutor's Office had found it difficult to summon Erwin, as he no longer lived at the address written in his dossier, tempointeraktif.com reported
Erwin's former lawyer, Ina Rahman, said Erwin did not feel comfortable surrendering yet because of terror threats from a certain group of people.
The Supreme Court sentenced Erwin to two years in prison for public indecency, overturning a district court verdict that had found him not guilty.
