Hatta agrees with Cabinet evaluation

Coordinating Minister for the Economy Hatta Rajasa said he agreed if work achievements by ministers at the Cabinet of President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono are evaluated.

“An evaluation on the one-year achievements is needed and I think the President will do it,” he said after watching local film “Sang Pencerah” in Jakarta on Sunday as quoted by tempointeraktif.com.

Hatta was reluctant to comment on how the evaluation should have been carried out by the President. According to him, the evaluation was usually made by the President directly to each minister, not through the President’s development supervision and control unit.

“It is the rights of the President to make the evaluation,” he said.
