New West Java Police chief installed

New West Java Police Insp. Gen. Suparni Parto was officially installed Wednesday in an official ceremony at the provincial police headquarters in Bandung.

Suparni replace Insp. Gen. Sutarman, who had been appointed as the new Jakarta Police chief replacing Insp. Gen. Timur Pradopo as the latter, was promoted as the National Police’s Security Affairs Division chief.

Timur is currently nominated as the new National Police chief candidate.|
