House of Representatives Commission I on Foreign Affairs will summon Foreign Minister Marty Natalegawa to discuss President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono's recent cancellation of a diplomatic trip to Holland.
"We will summon the minister next week," commission chairman Mahfudz Siddiq from the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) told reporters at the House on Thursday.
Yudhoyono canceled his trip to Holland at last minute upon hearing that the South Maluku Republic (RMS) separatist movement, currently in exile in that country, had filed a request with a Dutch district court demanding the President be arrested for human rights violations.
Mahfudz said the commission would also question Marty about a particular airline service that members of the RMS were suspected to have used to travel between Amsterdam and Maluku.
"We suspect this flight has been frequently used by the RMS," he said, without elaborating.
