President urged to replace underperforming ministers

President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono has been urged to replace
underperforming ministers to ensure that his government will be successful in
the next four years.
"Reshuffle is important to make sure the success of a
government. However, the President doesn't have to replace many ministers. I
think replacing a maximum of three ministers will be enough," political
analyst Andrinof Chaniago said as quoted by kompas.com on Sunday.
According to kompas daily newspaper research, Coordinating
Minister for Social Welfare, Transportation Minister, Justice and Human Rights
Minister, Manpower and Transmigration Minister, Foreign Minister, and Home
Ministers are deemed underperforming.
