President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono has been urged to replace underperforming ministers to ensure that his government will be successful in the next four years.

"Reshuffle is important to make sure the success of a government. However, the President doesn't have to replace many ministers. I think replacing a maximum of three ministers will be enough," political analyst Andrinof Chaniago said as quoted by kompas.com on Sunday.

According to kompas daily newspaper research, Coordinating Minister for Social Welfare, Transportation Minister, Justice and Human Rights Minister, Manpower and Transmigration Minister, Foreign Minister, and Home Ministers are deemed underperforming.
