Vice President Boediono to visit China

JAKARTA: Vice President Boediono will leave for China next Monday for a four-day state visit.

There, Boediono will meet businessmen and attend a ceremony to mark 50 years of diplomatic relations between Indonesia and China, Kompas.com reported.

Before departing to China, Boediono attended a gathering at the People’s Consultative Assembly (MPR) building. President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, MPR chairman Taufik Kemas and other MPR leaders attended the gathering. — JP
