Letter: Service of Bus Trans Pakuan

My wife and I just tried to ride Bus Trans Pakuan Bogor with police
number F7622A (vehicle unit: 23) from Yasmin toward Baranang Siang with
the intention to experience comfortable air-conditioned public
transportation with well-mannered officers.
During the trip, I asked the driver assistant, “Why do you keep the door
opened, it is an air-conditioned bus.
He replied “it’s hot”. Then I
asked again “why is the AC not turned on?” Then he replied rudely: “Just
call the office”.
The answer is very disappointing. We, the passengers, are sweating
because it was designed as AC public transportation with no windows.
After a while, the air conditioning was turned on, but the doors and a window near the driver were still opened.
My question is if the transportation needed urgent repair, why should it be forced to operate regardless of the passengers’ disappointment.
Ultimately passengers have paid more for an air-conditioned facility.
