House of Representatives resumes session after hiatus

The House of Representatives held a plenary meeting today at 10 a.m. today, one hour later than scheduled.

The plenary meeting marked the beginning of the House’s second working session, which will last from Nov. 22 to Dec. 17, equal to 19 working days.

The House plans to wrap up deliberations on up to seven bills in that period, including those on legal aid, micro financial institutions and revisions to the 2003 Law on the Constitutional Court, during this session. (gzl)
