State budget deficit will be less than 2.1 percent: Govt

The government has said the deficit of the 2010 revised state
budget might be less than an initial target of 2.1 percent.
"We are optimistic that the state budget deficit will be only about 1.5 percent," Finance Minister Agus Martowardjojo said in
Jakarta on Saturday.
According to Agus, the government will make some debt
adjustments to reduce the budget deficit.
"We will optimize loans through a buyback or a debt switch,"
he said.
